A REED LOVA 16 Model Gunite Machine is being fed a dry sand and cement concrete mix. A large air compressor is attached to the gunite machine. The air blows powers the small machine's feed wheel as well as blowing the dry material to the end of the hose. At the end of the hose, a special gunite nozzle adds water to the material to create concrete. The sprayed concrete can be applied to vertical surfaces, even overhead, to create swimming pools, rock sculptures, shotcrete homes, tunnel linings and to stabilize slopes and repair concrete structures.
